
Regina Helene Pahr, beloved mother, longtime resident of South St. Paul, passed away peacefully during the night at home on Dec. 6, 2012, at the age of 86. Regina H. Pahr, born on a farm in Southern Saskatchewan, Canada. Survived childhood during the dust bowl, met dad in the 1950's became a U.S. citizen in 1953 and was married that June. Preceded in death by father, Roman Koenig and mother, Regina Bubb; husband, Earl Francis Pahr; and nephew, Dick Hass; sisters, Rose Prentice, Ethel Hass, Victoria Fullford & her husband Howard. Survived by son, Earl S. Pahr; nieces and nephews, Marcia and Diane Hass, Joan and Ruth Prentice, Howard Fullford and Rae Schidlo and many cousins and the Rodriguez clans and Rachicks; best friends Bob & Barbara Boehmer & Richard and Evelyn & Rachy. Longtime resident of South St. Paul worked at Joe's bakery during her retirement years. Passed in her sleep Thursday morning December 6, 2012. Gave birth to son Earl Jr. at 42, had a home in SSP since 1953 to her passing, enjoyed many pets over the years, outlasted by a pair of Goldfish. She also grew up loving & riding horses loved watching the stock market and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Post 295. Memorial Mass 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at the Cathedral of St. Paul, 239 Selby Ave. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorials preferred to a big hole in all of our hearts, we will miss you squirt.
