Tina Eileen Kuecker, 49

Tina Eileen Kuecker, 49, of Inver Grove Heights, beloved wife and mother, and friend of Jesus, died April 3, 2012, comfortably at home surrounded by family following a 2-½ year battle with breast cancer. Born Nov. 7, 1962 in Sturgeon Bay, WI to Everett and Eileen Roberts. Baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church. Tina grew up there and attended Sevastopol Schools & NWTC. After graduating, she moved to Bloomington, where she met Ronald Kuecker, originally from Caledonia, MN. They were married May 11, 1991, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Sturgeon Bay, WI. They raised the family in Apple Valley and Inver Grove Heights. She was employed by Dakota County Public School System as a paraprofessional in education. Tina enjoyed counted cross stitch and singing in the church choir. Preceded in death by father-in-law, maternal and paternal grandparents, three uncles, two aunts and a nephew. Survived by husband, Ronald Kuecker; daughter, Augusta Kuecker; parents, Everett and Eileen Roberts of Sturgeon Bay; mother-in-law, Marcile Kuecker of Caledonia; siblings, Julie Jennerjohn of Hancock, MI, Dana (Mary) Roberts of Portage, WI, and Melissa (Brent) Anderson of Clear Lake, WI. Memorial service and viewing were Monday, April 9, 2012, Crown of Life Evangelical Lutheran Church, 115 Crusader Ave. W., West St. Paul. Gathering of friends was Saturday, April 7, at Southern Funeral Home, 414 Marie Ave., South St. Paul. Memorials to American Cancer Society, Crown of Life Evangelical Lutheran Church, or Apollo Male Choir.
