KLH 17 vintage speakers - like new! - $150

Here is a very nice pair of KLH 17 speakers. One cabinet is minty, the other has a lower back corner chip that you can't see from the front anyway, and a ding along the top front edge as shown. You really can't notice it from a distance - the lighting in the picture makes it look way worse than it is. These are as nice as you'll find for a 50 year old speaker.

I've replaced the crossover capacitors, installed 5 way binding posts, sealed the woofer's cloth surrounds, and freshened up the cabinets with lemon oil. I also cleaned up the grille cloth a bit with carpet cleaner.

I've been listening to them driven by a Yamaha B-2 amp for a week or so and they are working as expected. Very refined, detailed and natural.

I live in Mendota Heights and work in Bloomington. I can do an exchange in a public place. Cash in person only, no trades.
