On October 25th, the Inver Grove Heights Royal Family participated in the IGH Parks and Rec annual Boo Bash, which is a Halloween family fun activity night for children of all ages to come for fun, activities and, of course, candy! We helped run certain activities like an arts and crafts table, which was a really fun hands-on activity for everyone to do. We also helped kids into a bouncy house, which was a big hit with the little ones! In addition, we got our groove on with the kids on the dance floor! They were really excited and happy to dance with us, which made it really enjoyable. It was really fun to be able to wear our Wizard of Oz themed costumes (it is, after all, the 75th anniversary of the Wizard of Oz). We saw all kinds of cute and creative costumes from Buzz Light Year, to ninjas, to princesses. I even found a mini-me dressed as Dorothy!! We had a great time being able to have fun with the kids, especially around this fun time of year.
