Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Bingo and Banana Splits was an event that gave us joy to host again on Thursday, March 7, at the Veterans Memorial Center in Inver Grove Heights.  Having not seen my Royal sisters for about a week or so, we entered the event greeting each other with warm embraces and smiles.  It was fun to once again be able to experience the squealing and laughter of the children as they enjoyed their night of Bingo and Banana Splits.                                                                                                                                      Mihad Semir                                                                                                                                                                                 Inver Grove Heights Junior Princess 2013
