Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Snappy "shopped and snapped" at the IGH Farmer's Market this hot Thursday afternoon over at the (VMCC). Snappy found some great produce, a small table with goodies from the library; and lots of kids having fun making visors with the River Heights Arts Alliance Group. She also captured local market vendor, Kyle Yang, with a funny-organic-formed tomato at his stand. Lots of smiles and colorful veggies abound. She brought home the funny tomato, cucumbers, banana peppers, garlic and a group of lovely fresh lettuce that was simply irresistible!
