Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

From Kati, Miss Inver Grove Heights 2011 - Over the Fourth of July weekend I spent the majority of my time at the Eagan Funfest. This event was special for me because not only did I graduate from Eagan High School, but my younger sister is ending her reign as the Miss Eagan Princess!  Our morning began early with a breakfast for the outgoing Eagan royalty.  Soon after, we began lining up for the parade which moves along Yankee Doodle Road and Federal Drive. Perfect for the Fourth of July!  This is one of the biggest parades I've ever taken part in. It seemed like the entire city of Eagan was there! After the parade it was time for the 4th annual Royal Brain Freeze hosted by the Eagan Royal Family. The Brain Freeze is exactly as it sounds, girls in tiaras from all over the Twin Cities competing to see who can eat a scoop of ice cream the fastest, without hands! Lets just say chaos ensued and we were all left with ice cream all over our faces. All in all, it was a fun day.
