Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

From the Inver Grove Heights Princess 2011, Whitney Lots of sparkles, hot humid weather and great food! Sparkle Night was a night to be remembered. We waited in line in 93-degree weather with a heat index of 100 plus degrees. We paraded around Target Field along with many other Minnesota representatives including Winter Carnival royalty and far away places like Cambridge. Riley, our Junior Miss, just about fainted when Danny Valencia talked to her! All six of us touched the Twins field—ooh ahh! Then we went and sat in our seats...at least we were supposed to. Instead, we couldn't stay seated—there was too much to talk about with the other royalty and ambassadors! Even though it was hot and humid on Sparkle Night the Twins played a great game and won, and we were no worse for wear; our crowns were still sparkling!!
