Boys Swimming and Diving team won 94-92 win against Minneapolis Southwest Jan. 17. The team is now 5-1 for the season. Individual wins were: Carter Lange in the 1-meter dive, Michael Greene in the 100 breaststroke and Alec Kandt in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. The team of Dan Hardgrave, Michael Greene, Mike Ausen, and Parker Tangen won the 200-meter medley relay; and the team of Alec Kandt, Tim Luhr, Austin Olson, and Parker Tangen won the 200-meter free relay. At True Team Sections on Jan. 14 the team took home a third-place trophy and qualified for True Team State, this Saturday, Jan. 21 at 1 p.m. at the University of Minnesota. The next meet is "Pack the Pool Night" tomorrow at 6 p.m. against Henry Sibley at the Grove.
