Learn all about super nutritious green leafy vegatables; Kale and Collards including: shredded raw in salad, blanched in "Emerald" Sesame Salad, braised with sauce, combined with beans for a hearty entree/side and baked kale chips. Learn basic knife skills and receive tips on efficiency and nutrition. Fun and social atmosphere with the option to sample and/or take home the finished product. Recipes provided.
