It's crazy that December is already here! On Saturday, December 5th, we spent time at Gertens because it was their Poinsettia Open house. All six of us spent time greeting people, talking with little kids who were excited to meet Santa, and handing out delicious cookies. While we were there, I learned not only how many things one could buy relating to the holiday season, but also how many of those cool holiday things my family needed. The best example is the star tree topper with the spinning disco ball in the center. A close second would have to be the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Overall, it was a fun day and it went by really fast! My favorite part would have to be petting the reindeer and miniature donkey because they were extremely cute and I love animals!Until the next blog, Rachel Wanger2016 Junior Miss Inver Grove Heights
