Get Out: Weekend Events in and Around Inver Grove Heights

What: It's amazing what you can create with duct tape—from wallets to cell  phone cases. Explore the world of duct tape art. Supplies provided.

Where:
What: Introduce your preschool-aged child to the wondrous natural world. Topics will be explored through creative storytelling, music, puppetry, and more. Children can also learn about the earth by exploring art or visiting with live animals. This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5.  All children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. To register call (651) 455-4531.

What: Hundreds of orchid plants owned by the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory, as well as individual and commercial orchid growers, will transform the Conservatory into a tropical wonderland where instead of King Boreas, orchids rule. In addition to the beautiful plants and displays, vendors will be offering plants and other wares.
