Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

IGH Cougars defeated the IGH Colts last Thursday night under the lights in West St. Paul. Both teams entered the game tied for second in the league with records of 5-2. The Colts displayed some fancy passing plays and some fast running backs, but the Cougars came away victorious.   The red team's combo of speed and power with Devon Fielding (no. 20) and Justin Warrick (no. 35) kept the Colts at bay. Final score 21-12.
