Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The IGH Cougars (red team) came into Saturday's chilly game versus the IGH Bulldogs (blue) still excited after Thursday night's win over West St. Paul. Unfortunately, the Cougars weren't ready for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs' blocking and tackling was solid, as was the play of their young 3rd grade quarterback, #20 Devin Robinson. Robinson scored 3 of the 4 Bulldog touchdowns (2 offensive), and returned a fumble recovery for a touchdown on the final scoring play of the game. The final score was 24-7.   The IGH Cougars, Bulldogs and Colts are tied with WSP Gold for second place with a 4-2 record. Mendota Heights Maroon leads all teams with a 6-0 record.   The Cougars face the Colts next, while the Bulldogs face WSP Gold. Second place is at stake in these 2 games.   Regular season play ends Saturday, Sept. 29. The final week features playoff and bowl games between Oct 4. and Oct. 6.
