Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The Inver Grove Heights/South St Paul MOMS Club June meeting and social will take place on Wednesday, June 11th at 10:00 am.  The meeting will begin with an introduction of members and a welcoming of new faces!  We will be celebrating two years as a chapter and having a picnic lunch.  Please bring a lunch for you and you children if you would like to eat with us.  The kids can work on a Father's Day craft or take one home to do later.               Children are always welcome.  Come and meet other moms and kids just like you.   *PLEASE NOTE:  If it is raining on Wednesday the 11th, we will move the meeting to Wednesday, June 18th at 11:30-12:30 at South Valley Park.  Our public Facebook page will confirm on the11th.  Find us on Facebook: MOMS Club of Inver Grove Heights/South St Paul IGH MOMS Club strives to be a Nut-Free Group.  Please don't bring peanuts or tree nuts to MOMS Club events.
