Inver Grove Heights School Share Virtual Teen Job Fair For March 16-19

Are you a teen or do you have a teen who's looking for part-time or summer employment?
If so, the TriDistrict Career and College Readiness Initiative, in collaboration with local partners, is hosting a Virtual Teen Summer Job Fair, March 16-19. At this time, 40+ employers have signed up to participate in this event! During this 4-day event, students of all abilities, ages 14 and older, will be able to search for jobs, apply for jobs, and even meet employers all in a virtual environment.

To participate in the Virtual Teen Job Fair, students must complete the following:
- Go to https://bit.ly/2O7zwiS. Here, you will need to create an account on the Premier website. This is the platform our employers will use to post their open job positions.
- On the left side of this website, click on "Register."
- Enter your information on the site to create your online account. Remember your password. In the future, you will come back to this same site, this time using the "Login" button to access the Job Fair, including the live, drop-in event.
- You are now registered!
Then, beginning Tuesday, March 16, at 8:00 AM, the Job Fair will go live. You will be able to log in and view the companies that are hiring and the jobs that are available. You will even be able to apply for positions!
On Thursday, March 18, from 3:30-6:30 PM, you will be able to access the Live Drop-In Event after logging in. Visit to the company links that interest you. Employers will be there for a live conversation. Take advantage of this time to make a great impression!
The Job Fair site will close at 9:00 PM on Friday, March 19.
