Inver Grove Heights Schools To Provide Free Weekday Meals For Kids From March 18

From the Inver Grove Heights Schools:

"Inver Grove Heights Schools will begin providing free Grab and Go breakfast and lunch meals to all children starting Wednesday, March 18. Meals will be available, each week Monday-Friday, for any child, ages 2-18 years old. No identification or paperwork is required. Children must be present to receive a meal due to federal regulations.

Meals will be available for pickup from 11 AM - 1 PM in the front entrance of the following ISD 199 buildings:

• Hilltop Elementary School, 3201 68th Street East
• Pine Bend Elementary School, 9875 Inver Grove Trail
• Salem Hills Elementary School, 5899 Babcock Trail
• Inver Grove Heights Middle School, 8167 Cahill Avenue
• Simley High School, 2920 80th Street East

Meals will also be available by ISD 199 school bus at the following locations and approximate times.

11:00-11:30 AM
Monument Ridge Apartments, 8851 Broderick Boulevard
St. Patrick’s Church, 3535 72nd Street E
Toppers & More, 1000 9th Avenue S

11:30 AM-12:00 PM (noon)
Lake Cove Apartments, 5359 Audobon Avenue
Salem Green Apartments, 1455 Upper 55th Street E
Skyline Village, 7510 Concord Boulevard

12:00-12:30 PM
Blackberry Pointe Apartments, 5480 Blackberry Trail E

Safety measures will be in place at all locations. Please abide by the instructions of staff in order to get meals out to children quickly and safely.

Las escuelas de Inver Grove Heights comenzarán a proporcionar comidas y desayunos, Grab and Go, gratuitos a todos los niños a partir del miércoles 18 de marzo.
