Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Current Inver Grove Heights School Board Chair Mickey Difronzo has filed for re-election, according to information provided by the School District 199 office. Difronzo, who filed on Wednesday, is the first candidate to formally enter the race. The filing period runs until Aug. 16. School Board election filings will be accepted at the district office, located adjacent to Simley High School at 2990 80th St. E. Candidates are also allowed to withdraw their candidacy.
