Inver Grove Heights' B-52 Burgers and Brew is now available outside the city limits by way of the restaurant's food truck, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reported:
The B-52 Slider Squad isn’t just a burger-slinging food truck — it’s a mobile taste lab for the Inver Grove Heights restaurant that got it started. ...
The St. Paul food truck is an inexpensive way for [co-owner JJ] Degidio to test new items that could end up on co-owner Brandon Bramscher’s menu at B-52 Burgers and Brew restaurant in Inver Grove Heights. One item that was just added to the menu was a burger with an au jus sauce.
