On Tuesday, August 6th, Inver Grove Heights held its annual Night to Unite. My royal sisters and I attended several block parties throughout the city. We had so much fun party-jumping, meeting the residents in the community and, of course, eating. We even crossed paths with City officials like George Tourville and Joe Atkins. At one gathering, we were joined by some of the Inver Grove Heights fire fighters. They dubbed us fire princesses and let us try on their gear. I had no idea how heavy this stuff was!! Even as the clouds rolled in and the skies got dark and it started to down pour, I would have to say that this was a fun night regardless and that I’m sure we put a few smiles on the faces of Inver Grove Heights.
