No Arrests Made Yet in Two Inver Grove Heights Robberies
An Inver Grove Heights Police Department spokesperson said the incidents are still "under investigation."

Police are still looking for suspects in connection to two separate robberies that took place in Inver Grove Heights on Sept. 25.
In the first incident, a white male 18-22 years old, brandished a knifepoint during the theft of a bicycle on the 6100 block of Carmen Avenue. The man originally tried to steal the bike from a juvenile, Inver Grove Heights Police Department Lt. Sean Folmar said. When the juvenile's mother intervened, the suspect showed her a knife and took the bike. According to Minnesota law, anyone convicted of aggravated robbery could be sentenced to a maximum of 20 years in prison and $35,000 in fines.
The second robbery took place just before 5 p.m. at the Aldi Foods on Cahill Avenue, Folmar said. A slender white male entered the store and demanded cash from a store employee. During the robbery, the suspect kept reaching for the front of his shirt, and implied that he had a weapon, Folmar said. The man left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash, Folmar said.
