"NOT ME!" Women's Assault Prevention & Self-Defense Class

“Not Me!” has trained over 10,000 women in small, intimate classroom settings. Participants will learn the “who, what, when, where and how” of assaults. Once you understand the sequence of assaults, you will recognize the signs and be able to stop the sequence before it escalates to the next level.

Topics include the danger zones, prevention and awareness tools, escape tactics, drugging, and what to do when a weapon is involved.

There are 2 upcoming Open Sessions.

Sat. Feb. 7th, 10:0-Noon at the Linwood Community Center in St. Paul.

Sun. March 15th, 4:30-6:30 at the Minnetonka Community Center.

This class is appropriate for ladies ages 15+. All minors must attend with a paid adult. Training fee is $79/person and includes a copy of the “Not Me!” book.
