Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The Inver Grove Heights Cougars entered the playoffs Thursday night seeded third out of nine playoff teams. They played the second-seeded WSP Hawks on Oct. 4, complete with wind and chilly temperatures.   The Hawks' sweeps and outside running plays proved challenging and the Cougars' numb hands led to a few costly fumbles too.   Saturday, though, the Cougars were true to form in a stunning 26-0 win over the IGH Colts. When they focus on the fundamentals of solid blocking and low tackles, the Cougars prove to be a tough opponent.   Saturday's result concluded the season with the Cougars placing third out of nine teams overall, but first amongst the four IGH teams.
