PHOTOS: Inver Grove Heights Artist Participates in Minneapolis Art Crawl

Inver Grove Heights artist and photographer Terry McDaniel brings her one-of-a-kind frozen masterpieces to "second biggest art crawl in the Twin Cities"

Inver Grove Heights artist and photographer Terry McDaniel showcased several of her one-of-a-kind ice luminary images this past weekend at Art Attack 2011, held at the Northrup King Building in the heart of the  Northeast Minneapolis Arts District.

This was her second year in a row as a guest artist at the "second biggest art crawl in the Twin Cities," according to McDaniel, who collaborated with friend and fellow artist Ellie Kingsbury.

A steady stream of art afficionados stopped by to admire her unique photography and to meet and talk with the multi-talented Inver Grove Heights resident who had also earned nine Honey and Bee Culture ribbons at the Minnesota State Fair this past summer. Several jars of her award-winning honey were available alongside her newly published book, "Ice Luminaries," featuring 65 images of her distinctive work.
