The Inver Grove Heights Legion baseball team took one on the chin, compliments of visiting East Ridge on Tuesday night. The Raptors ten-runned the Spartans, defeating them 11-1 at Simley High School. Matt Kadrlik, Scott Ecker and Cody Dock pitched for the hosts, who remained locked in a close contest and trailed just 4-1 before East Ridge exploded for seven runs in the sixth inning. Inver Grove Heights loaded the bases with one out in both the second and third innings, but Zach Rivera was the only Spartans player to cross home plate in the game.
