Will Knopik led the Simley High School boys golf team to victory on Wednesday, earning co-medalist honors with a two-over-par score of 38 at Tartan Park in Lake Elmo.  The Spartans came in second place at the Classic Suburban Conference triangular meet. The Simely golfers recorded a team score of 167 to finish four strokes behind host Tartan and seven ahead of third-place finisher South St. Paul. Simley squares off against Tartan and circuit rival North St. Paul at Manitou Ridge Golf Course in White Bear Lake on Friday in a meet that was rescheduled from April 19.
