#RejectedMinnesotaTownMottos Nails Neighbors; Inver Grove Heights Spared
The weekend hashtag game skewered South St. Paul, Cottage Grove, Rosemount and other Minnesota towns.

Some Minnesotans on Twitter passed the beautiful summer afternoon Sunday thinking up "#RejectedMinnesotaTownMottos."
No one picked on Inver Grove Heights, but communities near and far came in for some ribbing:
Steve Walsh @SteveWalsh3: South St. Paul: The Sense Of Smell Is Overrated. #rejectedMinnesotatownmottos
Tony Caswell @amcaswell: West St. Paul: We're literally directly south of St. Paul! #rejectedminnesotatownmottos
Tony Caswell @amcaswell: Cottage Grove: At least we have a Drive-In movie theater. Errr, I mean Wal-Mart. #rejectedminnesotatownmottos
Ray Hagen @hagenr: Rosemount: No roses, no problem#rejectedMinnesotatownmottos
P.J. Nelson @Pnels83: Apple Valley - "At least we aren't Rosemount." Rosemount - "At least we're not Farmington"#rejectedMinnesotatownmottos
Ray Hagen @hagenr: Burnsville: Montgomery Burns may have lived here in the '70s. #rejectedMinnesotatownmottos
