Our team will be camping out overnight and taking turns walking or running around the track at Lincoln Elementary School. The opening ceremony starts at 7:00PM on Friday and the relay goes until 7:00AM Saturday morning. When we're not running or walking we can play lawn games, sell food to other walkers as a fundraiser or simply just hang out with other Relay for Lifers.
If you are not able to participate, you can still help with our team fundraising goal of $1,000. By going to the website listed above, you can donate to our team or purchase a luminary. These luminaries will be lit with a candle and line the track during the event honoring and remembering survivors and those who have passed away from cancer.
