Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Everyone is invited to participate in the Inver Grove Heights BEST Foundation's 16th annual May Day 5K. This year's May Day 5K will be held on Saturday, May 3, at the Inver Grove Heights Community Center/National Guard Armory. Registration begins at 7:30 am. The run/walk race starts at 8:45 am. Participants receive a May Day 5K T-shirt before the race. Following the race, runners/walkers can enjoy a picnic lunch (hot dog/chips/drink) before the awards ceremony.
