Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

On Monday, September 21st, some of my royal ladies(Liv, Rachel, and Olivia) and I were able to drop off the school supplies to the elementary, middle, and high schools here in the beautiful city of Inver Grove Heights. Knowing that the middle and high school got four full boxes each and all the elementary schools got three full boxes made the day brighter. These supplies will be going to kids in need and to help get everything they must have for a better experience in school.
