Sheriff's Office Seeks Info On Body Found In Mississippi River

HASTINGS, MN — The Dakota County Sheriff's Office is seeking information about Timothy Bryan Standish Jr., 40, who was found deceased in the Mississippi River near Inver Grove Heights on Aug. 14.

Standish was known to have lived in the Stevens Square neighborhood of Minneapolis, according to the sheriff's office.

Detectives are asking anyone who knew him or has information about his friends, associates or recent activities to come forward.

Due to the sensitive nature of the investigation and out of respect for Standish and his loved ones, the sheriff's office is not releasing additional details about the circumstances of his death at this time.
