Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The battle for first place in the 4AA section finals took place this Saturday at South St. Paul High School.  Eleven teams may have entered the tournament, but the competition came down to Simley and Mahtomedi. After a long match between the two teams Simley High School came out on top, defeating Mahtomedi  67-9.  Simley had a first-round bye, then defeated both St. Croix Lutheran and Johnson High School in subsequent rounds to qualify for the championship round of the tournament against Mahtomedi. Thanks to the win over Mahtomedi, Simley will advance to the state tournament on March 2-5.
