Excelsior Community Meeting re:Charter Amendment

This is a community gathering about the City question that will appear on the ballot for Excelsior Voters.  Sample ballots will be available, as will open Q & A from the floor. 

The gathering will be held at Jake O'Connor's Irish Pub, 200 Water Street, Excelsior.  The gathering will be held in the basement

This City question was placed on the ballot by citizen petitioners.  If passed, the Excelsior Charter would be amended to include a Chapter on  Financial Planning and Reporting.  

There will be two meetings scheduled:  The first will be Wednesday evening, Oct 24th at 7 pm.  For those unable to make the October 24 meeting, a second session will be held on Saturday morning, November 3rd, the weekend before the election, at 10:30 a.m.  Both gatherings will be held in the basement of Jake O'Connors Irish Pub.  All are invited.
