“Cabinet 53” the Mound Westonka High School A.P. Art Show will be at Your Art’s Desire Gallery of Art & Framing in Minnetonka from 3/25/13 - 4/5/13. The exhibit will be featuring the art of MWHS A.P. Art students: Quinn Leonard, Selena Nash, Katey Nelson, Jess Novack, Victoria Perry, Grace Polusny, Ashley Rosenberg, Dani Schoenecker & Grette Treat.
A.P. Studio Art Teacher, Laura Hensley states, “I find that for high school students to get to work with a gallery, and exhibit alongside professional artists is such an invaluable experience! So many college graduates have not yet been given this opportunity, or gained the insight on how to go about professionally approaching a gallery owner or curator. I am proud of the level that our MWHS students are creating at and we are so grateful to Your Art's Desire for allowing us to showcase our students' work in such a professional setting for the 4th year in a row."
