RELATE Counseling Center, a nonprofit, community based mental and chemical health care center headquartered in Minnetonka will open a second location in Chaska. RELATE will provide on-site care from this new facility, broadening the community’s accessibility to mental health care.
“Together with providing on-site care from our headquarter facility in Minnetonka and services and programs within local schools, community organizations and medical partner facilities, this new location will allow us further reach in meeting the mental and chemical health care needs within our community,” says Margaret Rookey, RELATE’s Executive Director.
The Chaska facility, located at 1107 Hazeltine Blvd., Chaska, MN 55318 is scheduled to open in early October.
