Celebration of a New Ministry

The Rev. Danáe Ashley called as Rector of St. Edward the Confessor Episcopal Church, Wayzata

A Celebration of New Ministry will take place at St. Edward’s Episcopal Church in Wayzata, April 25^, 2013 at 7:00 pm, to formally install the Rev. Danáe Ashley as the church’s permanent Rector. The Rt. Rev. Brian N. Prior, IX Bishop of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota, will preside over the service.

Rev. Ashley was appointed by Bishop Prior and has been serving as Priest-in-Charge of St. Edward’s since September 2011. She recently accepted the position of Rector upon the request of the St. Edward’s Vestry, the governing board of the parish.

St. Edward's invites members of the community to participate in the Celebration of New Ministry with Rev. Ashley and its parishioners.

In lieu of a reception afterwards,the Pre-Celebration Soiree begins at 6:00 pm.
