Brenda Langton, senior fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality & Healing, owner of the acclaimed restaurant Spoonriver, and founder of Mill City Farmers Market, will demonstrate her commitment to mindful eating during a three-evening “Healthy Eating, Healthy Living” experience on Tuesdays Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 12 from 6-9 pm.
“There’s no better time than right now to take charge of your health by cooking delicious foods that build up our immune systems, while helping us feel happy and full of life,” Langton says.
Each night, participants will learn to prepare a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Additional topics and menu items to be discussed during the experience include:
