In Photos: Wayzata Lacrosse falls to Maple Grove

The Maple Grove Crimson hosted the Wayzata Trojans in 6AA sectional playoff Thursday evening. The Crimson got the lead early and ended the first period 3-1.  

By the end of the second, Maple Grove expanded there lead to 6-3. Offensive play dominated the third period, and both teams took advantage of their scoring At the end of the third period the score was 10-7.

The Trojans played a strong fourth period, not allowing the Crimson to net anymore goals, but they could only muster up one of there own. 

Final score was 10-8. The Crimson will move on.
