Local State Rep. Unveils 'Reform 2.0' Survey

In my last update I and mentioned a survey you will be able to take that will help guide the agenda. That survey is now online and available for you to answer and share with your friends.

There are several ways to take the survey, depending on which you are more comfortable with and which you find most convenient. It will only take you a minute or two to complete.

Online: We set up a special website where you can take the survey. You can also go to the Reform 2.0 Facebook Page, the survey is listed on the left side of the page. It’s also available on reform2.mn under the “Shout” tab. The questions are all the same for each.

In print: If you’d rather take the survey on paper, you can download it here. It’s the same questions as the online survey. When you’re finished, fold it so my return address is showing, apply a stamp and drop it in the mail, it will come back to my office.

We kept this survey short so that it’s easier for people to respond. If you have more to say or want to share Reform 2.0 ideas, each version of the survey has extra space to allow you to do so. Of course, you can always send your ideas directly to me via email as well. I look forward to hearing from you.
