Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. We believe these seasons of life are not endings — they are powerful invitations to rise. Our programs are inclusive, nurturing, and deeply respectful of each individual’s journey. "Not Me!" has trained over 12,000 women in small, intimate classroom settings. It is taught by former Navy SEAL, Al Horner and his co-instructor, Karla Rapp who has real world experience in dealing with assault. Participants will learn the "who, what, when, where and how" of assaults. Once you understand the sequence of assaults, you will recognize the signals and stop the assault before it escalates to the next level. Class topics include statistics, prevention and awareness tools, escape tactics, drugging, safety items, and what to do when a weapon is involved. This class is appropriate for ladies ages 16+ and is a must for High School Seniors before they head off to college. All minors are required to attend with a paid adult. Training fee is $79/person and includes a copy of the "Not Me!" book.
