Wayzata'a RBA Makes Video Game Technology Work for People with Disabilities
The firm adapts Microsoft Kinect to create better training for workers, according to KSTP-TV.

RBA Consulting of Wayzata won a Worldwide Partner of the Year award from Microsoft this year for applying high-tech to help train disabled people for jobs, KSTP-TV reported:
"Wayzata-based technology firm RBA developed new software using the Microsoft Kinect motion sensor technology to help workers at Opportunity Partners. ...
"'To take that technology and not only affect one persons life but maybe hundreds of people is really exciting,' said [RBA's Jay] Lendl."
