FIRE SAFETY TIP Gasoline and other flammable liquids should be stored only in approved safety containers and outside the house.  Fill up lawn equipment and chain saws with gasoline outside; away from enclosed areas and any source of sparks or heat.  Start the equipment 10 feet from where you filled it with fuel.  Don't fill a hot lawn mower, chain saw, or other motor; let it cool first.  FIRE REPORT From May 21 to May 27 the responded to 12 calls for service including: 2 medicals, 3 motor vehicle accidents with injuries, 1 gasoline spill, 1 overheated motor, 1 smoke scare, 3 good intents, and 1 false alarm.
