Wednesday was a perfect day to shop for flowers in downtown Lakeville.
And vegetables, too.
Picture-perfect weather greeted shoppers to the St. Paul Farmers Market in Market Plaza, Holyoke Avenue and 208th Street.

What they found among the white canopies were buckets of blooms, as well as fresh produce.
The midweek St. Paul Farmers Market will operate, weather permitting, from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Oct. 30. The market also is scheduled to set up at the Lakeville Area Arts Center, Holyoke Avenue and 210th Street, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays through Sept. 14.
