Jacob A. Lenz, 21 of Lakeville passed away April 24, 2013. Preceded in death by his grandparents: Bevery Lenz and William Thomas; survived by his parents: Jeff and Judi Lenz; sister, Katie Lenz (Fiancé David Harmeier); grandfather, P. Leo Lenz and grandmother, Mary Thomas; aunts and uncles, Deb (Kurt), Vickie, Kathie (Jeff), Kaylene (Steve), Steve (Jan); cousins, Janel, Evan, John, Lauren, Nicole, Shelby, and Tom, also by other loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday, April 29, 2013 at White Funeral Home (20134 Kenwood Tr.) Lakeville.
