Scott R. Lein, age 49, of Lakeville, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2012.
Scott was born August 2, 1963, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. He graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1981. He then attended the local Albert Lea Vocational School for two years studying engineering drafting. After completing his schooling, he got a job at Viking Accoustical in Lakeville as a CNC programmer. He worked there for 24 years.
Scott liked bowling, horseshoes, music, video games, and hanging out with friends. He was a kind, gentle, sensitive, generous spirit that walked this earth quietly. He was hard to get to know but had a sharp mind and dry sense of humor. In the end he was of sound mind but with a body that quit too soon.

Scott, is preceded in death by both parents, Oskar and Elma Lein. He is survived by his nine siblings, Bruce (Colleen) Lein, Pam Rizzi, Gary (Diana) Lein, Jan (Mark) Fure, Craig Lein, Cindy Bauman, Randy (Jodi Joachim) Lein, Ross (Kathie) Lein and Nancy (Greg) Sundholm; and 14 nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held 6 PM Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 20134 Kenwood Tr.,(Co Rd 50) Lakeville, MN (952 469 2723) a gathering of family and friends will be 1 hr prior to service also at the funeral Home.
