I clearly remember driving to Lakeville with various buyers in the mid 1990′s, eager to show them homes. I often heard, “oh, Lakeville? We don’t want to go that far out.” or “Really, Lakeville? Are there even any houses for sale out there?”

Overnight the situation changed from having to drag clients out to Lakeville to view homes to fielding calls from excited clients who wish to see New Construction Homes in Lakeville. I think it was during 2001-2002 that I really saw such a dramatic change in homebuyer’s perceptions of Lakeville.
I love witnessing the growth of a city, or even a neighborhood. There is an energy and positive attitude tied up in an area of high-growth. Sometimes when I am out showing homes, I’ll pass a home which I helped a buyer purchase many years ago.
