Dumb Criminal: Public Drunkenness Leads to Arrest
When officers found suspect stumbling around outside, they discovered he had an arrest warrants issued in Hennepin County for Felony DWI.

Brad Wubben and Adam Stier responded to a report of a man stumbling and walking on the roadway near the intersection of Dodd Boulevard and Highview Avenue early one evening recently.
When the officers arrived on the scene they found a man who appeared extremely intoxicated. A subsequent portable breath test administered to the man confirmed their suspicions and showed that the man’s alcohol concentration was four times the limit for legal intoxication.
The man was identified by the officers and found to have an active felony warrant for his arrest out of Hennepin County. The warrant was for, not surprisingly, a Felony: Driving While Under the Influence charge.
