Dumb Criminal: Some Drivers Just Never Learn
Driver gets pulled over and cited for driving without a valid license. Half an hour later, his passenger, after being warned that his license was invalid, too, was caught driving the same vehicle.

Officer Adam Stier stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation and found that the driver had a revoked driver’s license. Officer Stier cited the driver for driving without a valid driver’s license. He also checked the license status on the passenger and found that her driver’s license was suspended as well.
Since neither of the occupants of the vehicle had a valid driver’s license, Officer Stier told both of them that they could not legally drive the vehicle from the location. Officer Stier allowed the driver to leave the vehicle legally parked at the location, rather than having it towed and impounded.
About a half an hour later, Officer Stier was surprised to see the same vehicle traveling on the roadway. This time he saw the former passenger, who Officer Stier had just told not to drive because her driver’s license was suspended, driving the car. Officer Stier stopped the vehicle again and cited the passenger turned driver for driving without a valid license. Officer Stier then had the vehicle towed and impounded.
