Are you or someone that you know going to be walking in the '2011 Susan G. Koman 3 Day Race for a Cure'? If so, Life Wellness Center will be hosting a special seminar on Thursday, May 19th at 6:00pm. Dr. Tom Schmidt (clinic director/chiropractor) will be instructing attendees on training strategies, injury prevention, stretching routines and everyone will be getting a digital foot scan. A light snack will be provided. The cost is free, but a donation to our team of walkers is encouraged, but not required.
