Kamden has been diagnosided with amyoplasia and arthrogryposis. He has undergone 5 surgeries in 6 years to correct his feet and one soon after birth to correct his gastroschisis. He is chronically ill and the Sunshine Foundation granted him a dream come true! This event is to surprise Kamden with the news he's going to Disney World in May.
